I am currently an out-of-network provider, however I can provide superbills for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
I also have ample sliding scale spaces available for those in financial need, starting at $60 per hour long session. Please reach out to me if you’d like to talk about utilizing the sliding scale option.

Group therapy can be an affordable alternative to individual therapy, but it’s also wonderful for many reasons besides that.
It’s a container to create community around vulnerable pieces of your experience that might feel a bit too raw to disclose with others, and it can serve as a space to practice sharing and listening in a more structured way with the support of a therapist. I wish more people knew how great groups are!
Thursdays 5:00-6:30, $10-40 Sliding scale
In this support and process group, we will deepen our relationship with the symbolic dimension of our consciousness by sharing dreams, engaging deeply with others' dream shares and offering our own associations to the dreamer using the Ullman Method of dreamwork. This isn’t a therapy group, more of a facilitated sharing space.
